You must enter Smith Mountain Road from Highway 7. If you are coming from north of this property gps will take you to Parnothon (Highway 327) and try to bring you up the mountain the road is not passable. If you put my address in your GPS it will send you through Parnothon and you will have to turn around, go around the mountain adding a good 1/2 hour 45 mintues to your trip.

From Jasper Highway 7 south 12.2 miles to smith mountain road 2.5 miles dirt road, left on NC 8828 .4 miles ( at the dead end) Watch for signs.
